Ace Allen (Oncologist, E-health Entrepreneur)
Ace Allen, M.D., is a board-certified medical oncologist and former associate professor in the University of Kansas Medical Center Department of Medicine. He is at the forefront of the telemedicine and the e-health field. Motivated by his awareness of the difficulties connected to providing quality care to rural areas, Allen set up a series of tele-oncology clinics between the University of Kansas Medical School and rural Kansas. He has participated in research on the efficacy and cost benefits of home telehealth care and tele-oncology. Allen edited and published Telemedicine Today magazine for eight years. He also serves on the staff of the Kansas City VA Hospital, where he caares for cancer patients and is the chair of the hospital’s Telemedicine Advisory Board. Allen is the CEO of Today Communications, Inc., an e-health company that matches Internet searchers with tailored, filtered health information and resources on VitalSeek, its website.

Jeffrey M. Borkan (Family Physician, Medical Anthropologist)
Jeffrey M. Borkan, M.D., Ph.D., has combined family medicine and behavioral sciences throughout his career. Currently a family physician in the Department of Family Medicine at the Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Borkan was a senior lecturer in family medicine at Tel Aviv University and vice-chairman of behavioral sciences at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Medicine. In addition, he was associate professor of family and community medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. At Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Be'er Sheva, Israel, Borkan lectured in both family medicine and behavioral science. He has published extensively in national and international professional journals.

Alexander C. Davis (Internist)
In addition to his private practice in Overland Park, Kansas, internist Alexander Davis, M.D., serves as a clinical instructor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Davis has been an active member of numerous medical committees and has directed several major Kansas health care facilities. Before joining Amersham, he headed the transplant therapeutic drug development efforts within the Clinical Safety & Epidemiology Department of Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the United Kingdom. D'Silva is a graduate of Goa Medical College in Mumbai (Bombay), India. In addition to his primary specialization, D'Silva holds a master's degree in public health.
D'Silva is a member of numerous professional organizations and was cited by Who's Who in Medicine 2000. He has published extensively in professional publications and has been a contributing author to medical textbooks.

Scott K. Epstein (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)
Physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMR) physician, Scott K. Epstein is a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates, P.C., a private practice in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attends at the Allied Services Rehabilitation Hospital in Scranton, where he serves as president of the medical staff, and at the Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, where he serves as credential committee chairperson. Goldenberg currently serves as medical director for the area's AMR ambulance service. In addition to his primary specialization in emergency medicine, Goldenberg specializes in occupational medicine. Douglas A. Perednia, M.D., is a board certified internist and dermatologist who has spent a number of years researching the role of digital imaging and communications in health care. Marcia Lynn Sokol-Anderson (Internist)
Internist Marcia Lynn Sokol-Anderson, M.D., is currently an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Louis University Health Sciences Center. She directs the Infectious Diseases Clinic/New Hope Comprehensive Care Clinic at the same facility. Active on numerous committees and organizations, Sokol-Anderson currently supervises the Antibiotic Utilization Program at St. Louis University Hospital and is a member of the executive committee of Project ARK.
